Please do not leave your children unsupervised in the public areas of the hotel. Children and young people under 16 years of age may only enter the sauna and fitness area when accompanied by an adult.

Our Concierge and/or Reception are happy to be at your service 24/7 for information and tips about excursions, activities, car and bike hire, places of interest, shopping, train, bus, plane and boat schedules and hiking trails etc. Please contact our Reception directly or call 100.

Emergency, Help

We would be happy to provide you with a cot/baby crib (suitable for children up to 2 years of age) in your room free of charge for your child. Please speak to Reception on 100 to arrange this. Please be aware that it is not possible to place a cot/baby crib every room because of the room layout.

Your room is at your disposal until 11.00 am on the day of your departure. We will happily look after your luggage at Reception after this time.

While you are staying with us, but not on the day of departure, your room key card also enables you to enter and leave our underground car park.

If you wish to use the spa and wellness area, please take your key card with you. It gives you access to the spa and the spa lift for the rest area.

The Lochau train station is an easy 200m walk from the hotel. Trains run from here every half hour directly to Lindau and Bregenz from about 5.35 am to 11.30 pm. Call Reception on 100 for detailed information on departure times.

Because of our proximity to Lake Constance mosquitoes can sometimes be a problem. Please therefore close all doors and windows when you leave your room.

We charge € 24.00 per day (excluding food) for your four-legged friends. We hope that you will understand that dogs are not permitted in the Restaurant vju, on the sun deck of the Pavilion on the Lake and in the spa area.

Please keep your dog on a lead in the hotel and in the hotel grounds.

An indoor pool, two saunas, a steam bath, an infra-red cabin and a fitness room are waiting for you in our Spa Area. You will find a wellness bag complete with a bathrobe, towels and bathing slippers in your room.

During good weather and summer temperatures the sun loungers in our garden (for hotel guests only) and the Pavilion on the Lake (public) are available for sunbathing in the summer.

We would be happy to organize local travel for you. Taxis can be called and will be at the hotel in just a few minutes. Limousine services, airport transfers etc can be arranged on request. Please contact our Reception on number 100.

Taxi, Arrival,

The Lake Constance-Vorarlberg Leisure Ticket acts as an entrance ticket to the most attractive tourist destinations as well as a bus and train ticket. It will also enable you to obtain price reductions at bonus partners. You can visit your favorite destinations several times but only once per day. Please contact Reception on 100 for more information.

In addition to the sun loungers in the garden, from about May to September our Pavilion on the Lake is also at your disposal for swimming and soaking up the sun when the weather is kind and summer temperatures are reached.

From October to about April the Pavilion on the Lake is open from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm on Wednesdays through Sundays for you to enjoy delicious drinks and snacks.

Savor an aperitif, an after-dinner drink or a snack. Starting in August 2023 our Red Bar will be open for you on Fridays and Saturdays from 9.00 pm to midnight.
