VJU – Restaurant at Lake Constance
Restaurant and bar with a view of the lake plus a wide variety of dishes and the very best service. The Seehotel am Kaiserstrand is a center of culinary delights. The position directly on Lake Constance makes the vju one of the most unusual restaurants in the Bregenz region.
Added to this is the unique “touch” of our chef. All of which permits us to say: If you want to eat well on Lake Constance, this is the place for you. We are particularly proud of the fact that vju was awarded its first toque by Gault&Millau in 2024 and only narrowly missed out on the second.

Saturday, March 15 – the vju is fully booked from 4 p.m. due to a closed event. We have a limited number of tables available for house guests. Reservations can be made at reception.

Dive & Dip – The Surf & Turf fondue in the Pavilion Sundays from 6:30 pm – Fondue Chinoise with various types of meat and black tiger prawns and homemade sauces, including starter, dessert and 1 glass of Garden Spritz as a welcome drink. Price per person: € 74.-.

NEW: Tastings on Thursdays at the Rote Bar – A new taste experience every week: from exquisite wine and champagne tastings to sophisticated whisky and gin tastings and culinary pairings with cheese or special seasonal specialties.
